Listen to twenty stories, ranging from tales of the turbulent life of the ‘Crazy Count’, the thuggish Count Hendrik van den Bergh, and the hard life of the sweet Countess Maria Elisabeth. The tour also tells you interesting facts things like the meaning of the Holy Family in a painting, and how a manuscript is created – and of course there are stories about Jan Herman van Heek, who bought the castle in 1912.

Huis Bergh Castle offers disabled access. There are two disabled parking spaces at the bottom of the castle drive. There is a wheelchair lift by the steps to enable access to the ground floor of the castle. N.B. the tower can only be accessed via the stairs.
